応募資格

制作者：
国籍、個人、団体、プロ、アマ問わず。

作品内容：
アニメーション作品。アニメーションの技術をメインに用いた作品。作品の新旧は問いません。上映時間の長さは１分～20分程度。ただし商業的な公開をされていない作品に限ります。

QUALIFICATION FOR APPLICATION

Creator : 
There are no requirements. Creators of animations can be of any nationality, can be individual or team, or can be professional or amateur.

Production : 
Productions must be works of animation or works of art featuring animation techniques. Productions are required to be roughly between 1 minute and 20minutes in length. Productions can be old or new. There are no requirements as to when they were created. However, productions that have formerly been presented commercially are not qualified for application.

著作権について

作品内で使用している楽曲で応募者が著作権を有してないものがある場合、応募用紙の記入欄に必要事項を記入していただきます。JASRACに対してそれらの楽曲のインディーズアニメフェスタでの使用許可を取ってください。（使用許可に関する手続きおよび諸経費は応募者側で対応してください。）

著作権がフリーの素材を使用する場合には、各素材の使用規約に従ってください。作品に既製のキャラクター、シナリオ等を使用する場合にはあらかじめ許可を得ていること。万一、第三者からの権利侵害や損害賠償を主張されても、当方では一切責任を負いません。

作品の著作権は応募者にありますが、当該作品をインディーズアニメフェスタの周知活動（公式サイトでの告知、応募作品のウェブでの動画配信、その他メディアでの作品紹介など）のために活用させていただくことがございますので、その条件を満たせる作品に限ります。

COPYRIGHTS

If an applicant does not hold the copyright of music used in his/her animation, the applicant is required to fill in the space concerned in the below form. The executive committee of the Indie Anime Festa will then obtain the permission for screening from JASRAC (Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers). The applicant is responsible for the procedure and the payment of fee concerning the use permission.

作品フォーマット

1. 作品はVHSも可能ですが、可能な限りデジタルデーターで記録したもので応募して下さい。編集を行うため、コピーガード等は使わないでください。
2. DVDはDVDビデオ、またはAVI形式で保存してください。
3. ビデオテープはVHSに標準で録画することとし、3倍での収録は互換性の問題があるため行わないでください。
4. miniDVについてもSPモードで記録することとし、LPモードは不可とします。
5. 1本のビデオないし1枚のディスクごとに1作品のみ収録してください。複数の作品を応募する場合は作品ごとに個別に収録してください。
6. 作品の前後には黒コマを最低5秒ずつ入れ、応募テープ・ディスクには、ラベル等を用いて必ず収録作品名、制作者氏名を明示してください。
7. 応募作品は原則として返却いたしません。ご理解の上ご応募ください。

FORMAT OF ANIMATIONS

1. An animation required to be recorded by digital data. Recorded by VHS is also possible, but not recommended. For editing, do not make the animation copy-guard done.
2. DVD must be recorded on either DVD video, or AVI file.
3. Videotape must be a standard S-VHS or VHS. Videotape recording must be done by a standard playing (SP) mode. A videotape recorded by a long playing (LP) mode or by a extend playing (EP) mode will not be accepted due to compatibility problems.
4. Also miniDV must be recorded by a standard plying (SP) mode. A long playing (LP) mode is not available.
5. One works of animation must be recorded on one DVD, miniDV or VHS. When applying by more than one works of animation, an applicant is required to record each of them on a separate DVD, miniDV or VHS.
6. An applicant must label the DVD, miniDV or VHS with a title and his/her name. An applicant is required to insert a black frame of 5 seconds or more before and after the animation.
7. Please note that the DVD, miniDV or VHS sent to us upon application will not be returned to applicants.

作品選考

応募作品に関しては一次選考を行い、フェスタ当日（2010年3月7日）に上映するノミネート作品を選定します。公序良俗に著しく反する作品はその上映を見合わせることがあります。
ノミネート作品は公式サイトにて公表します。グランプリ及び各賞の選考結果は当日会場での発表となりますので、ノミネート作品の代表者または代理者は、必ず出席するようにしてください。（交通費の一部を実行委員会が負担します。）

SELECTION FOR THE SCREENING

We will carry out a preliminary selection of animations applied in advance to the screening on the day of the event itself. Animations including extreme content that may disturb public order and standards of decency may be excluded.
Results of the preliminary selection will be informed to applicants.

上映スケジュール

選出作品は2010年3月7日（日）午後に行われる「インディーズアニメフェスタ」（会場：三鷹市芸術文化センター星のホール）にて上映されます。
